Relationship Mini-intensives

Mini intensives provide monogamous and non-monogamous clients with information on communication, relationship conflict, and when applicable, roles and tasks unique to non-monogamy. Clients come away with practical communication skills that they can use to increase intimacy, change patterns of conflict, and reimagine the relationship with specific goals in place. Clients are given handouts and resources that they can take with them to ensure that practice can continue. Relationship coaching is available to clients who want to continue practicing skill building after finishing a mini-intensive.

What’s the difference between a mini-intensive and coaching? Some folks decide that a mini-intensive is more appropriate for their situation because scheduling a one-time service is more feasible. Some decide on a mini-intensive when they want a deep dive in a short amount of time because there is some urgency to get help for the relationship. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation if you are not sure.

A mini-intensive can last anywhere from 3-6 hours. This depends on the client(s) needs and how much time they are wanting to spend learning and practicing skills. The structure of a mini-intensive has the following agenda:

  • Education and Resourcing
    • Differentiation
    • Self and co-regulation
    • Specific tasks and unique roles within non-monogamy (if applicable)
  • Goal setting
    • Areas of personal growth within the relationship(s)
    • Wants and desires for the relationship(s)
  • Practice
    • Using differentiation communication skills with coach

Fees

  • 3 hour mini-intensive: $650
  • 6 hour mini-intensive: $1,300 (plus a free 1 hour coaching session)
